The 2022 Honda Civic Si comes standard with a powerful 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. With a wider power band, the engine delivers power sooner and longer for more consistent performance.
  
Torque comes as early as 1,800 rpm, which is 300 rpm earlier than the older Civic Si, which means the car responds faster, passes with more conviction, and responds without hesitation. The new Honda Civic Si comes standard with an exclusive six-speed manual transmission.
  
This gearbox takes the Honda Civic Type R's rev matching system which allows engine speed to be matched when you downshift for even more dynamic performance.
  
In terms of handling, the 2022 Honda Civic Si offers a more rigid suspension and better torsional and bending rigidity. In fact, the entire 2022 Honda Civic Si is stiffer which translates into better stability and control.
  
Different driving modes are available including Normal, Sport and Individual. The latter mode allows you to adjust and customize the behavior of the engine, steering and interior settings.
  
The interior is more luxurious with a 9-inch center display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10-inch digital screen, a Bose sound system and more.
